– I decided to read over the CrossFit Athletic Skills Standard recently. Since I completed Level 2 last year, I’m now completely focussed on Level 3 ADVANCED ATHLETE!.. here’s are the exercises that I can and can’t perform

pull ups: 40 squat: 1 1/2 x bodyweight
L-sit: 1 minute rope climb: 20ft climb 1 trip, no feet
pistols: 10 each leg deadlift: 2 x bodyweight
push ups: 40 on rings dips: 30 on rings
snatch: 1 x bodyweight muscle up: 10
row: 5k row at 21:45 military press: 3/4 x bodyweight
KB 24kg snatch: 10min, 200 reps clean: 1 x bodyweight
handstand push up: 10 hanging straight leg raise: 20
500 meter row: men 1:32 400 meter run: 1:19 minutes
vertical jump: 25 inches 800 meter run: 2:50 minutes
dip: 1 with 3/4 x bodyweight overhead squat: 1 x bodyweight
pull up: 1 with 3/4 x bodyweight bench press: 1 1/4 x bodyweight
Chelsea: every minute on the minute for 30min – 5 pull ups, 10 push ups,15 squats
