CrossFit Strength Bias

After reading the most recent CrossFit Journal, I’ve decided to start the CrossFit Strength Bias (CFSB) program. The program runs very similar to the Bigger, Faster, Stronger regime that I followed in 2002-2003. After finishing 6 weeks of CFSB I will retest my CrossFit Total score, and probably another couple core CF WODs
