Gluten Day

I had a small piece of Dimpflmeier Klosterbrot Monastery Rye Bread for breakfast, Matzo for lunch and rye bread for dinner. I feel totally normal.

Sugar Day

Today I introduced sugar into my diet.

I had white sugar at breakfast and lunch. I felt fine until mid-afternoon, but now I feel pretty shitty… No other way to explain it.
